Based in Houston, Texas Alzader Asset Management, LLC is a privately held property management company DBA Zate Group Texas. Zate Group provides single family home residential construction services primarily in the East Texas area where our office is located at 4059 State Highway 42 Kilgore, Texas 75662.
Our Purpose
We are committed to being respectful and ethical while building long term relationships with our clients and trades people forming strategic referral alliances with other service professionals in the construction and real estate industry while practicing accountability to our colleagues and stakeholders. We acquire land and then build the projects on our own. We then reinvest profits back into the business. In addition, we also create the marketing strategy for each property that we manage. We develop the building structure, design and obtain the essential public approvals. We then build the structure, lease, manage, and occasionally sell it for a profit. We work closely with our counterparts each step of this process incorporating attorneys, city planners, architects, engineers, surveyors, inspectors and contractors including those clients who will ultimately decide whether to lease a property.
